Overview This lot contains includes numerous sheets of plywood and 2x4 lumber of varying sizes, with 2x4s ranging from 2 feet to 10 feet in length and plywood sheeting ranging from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch thickness. Contains plywood sheeting in thicknesses from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch. Materials will be palletized for pickup. Wood buildouts may be left in place or torn down further for loading depending on space restrictions. Condition & Markings This lot is in usable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Hand carts, roll carts, and pallet racking are not included in this lot. Inspection is recommended to ascertain quantity, condition, and exact specifications of materials. Multiple loads and site visits may be necessary for complete removal. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. Only the person identified on the transfer order or their agent identified in writing will be allowed to pick up the property. The successful bidder is required to take all wood products, plywood, and 2x4s and is responsible for loading and securing material prior to leaving the site.
