Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. The custodian will make the final determination if the property can be loaded safely using their equipment, and assistance with loading and removal of property can be denied at any time and for any reason. If anyone other than the purchaser is removing the property, the purchaser must fill out and sign the applicable section of the Auction Load Release document.
