Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Viewing of property and pickup are by appointment only, Monday through Friday, between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. A minimum of forty-eight hours advance notice is required to coordinate site access with security. Valid government-issued photo identification is required (Physical Real ID or Passport) for site entry. Property is palletized; recipient must provide all labor, equipment, and an appropriate vehicle (e.g., box truck or flatbed) necessary to safely remove the property.
