Mildew is present in the kitchen area affecting cabinets, under cabinets, countertop and refrigerator. HVAC condensation and moisture are visible throughout the unit. Unit shows normal wear and tear. Tires may be flat or low. Other missing items, damages and required repairs may exist that were not noted during inspection. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. No pets, children or firearms allowed on this site due to Homeland Security rules and regulations. Those acquiring units are responsible for roadworthiness and safety upon removal from the site. The property custodian will not assist in making any unit roadworthy. Driver must have a signed copy of the Purchaser's Receipt, Authorization to Transport form and a valid Driver's License at the time of removal.
