The pallet contains approximately 60 boxes of print cartridges, though other ink types may be included. ***Purchaser must sign a Hazardous Form located in Additional Documents section and email to diana.daniel@gsa.gov or fax to 202-692-3222. The item(s) are considered to be hazardous materials, and the bidder will have to comply with all regulations and restrictions for local, state, and federal governments in regard to transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. The bidder hereby certifies that if awarded a contract under this invitation for bids, the bidder will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the hazardous items purchased. Quantity estimated at 60 boxes based on visual inspection. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All boxes appear to contain 64A CC364A print cartridges, but other ink types may be included in the lot. Inspection is recommended to verify exact quantity and contents of each box. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Property can be viewed and picked up Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 hours with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued or state issued ID is required as the building site is federal property. All visitors must present a "Real ID" compliant license to be signed in on site. Only the person identified on the transfer order, or their agent identified in writing, will be allowed to pick up the property. The successful bidder will be required to take all pallets and multiple loads or site visits may be necessary. The bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property.
