Overview (1) Pallet of toner collection units for CE980A, for HP750 with 197 count. The items are classified in new/unused condition. The lot consists of one skid containing 197 boxes of toner collection units, with all boxes appearing to contain CE980A for HP750, though other inks may be included. ***Purchaser must sign a Hazardous Form located in Additional Documents section and email to diana.daniel@gsa.gov or fax to 202-692-3222. The item(s) are considered to be hazardous materials, and the bidder will have to comply with all regulations and restrictions for local, state, and federal governments in regard to transportation and disposal of hazardous materials. The bidder hereby certifies that if awarded a contract under this invitation for bids, the bidder will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, with respect to the care, handling, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other use of the material hereby purchased. The bidder will hold the government harmless from any or all debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, demands, suits, actions, or other claims of any nature arising from or incident to the handling, use, storage, shipment, resale, export, or other disposition of the hazardous items purchased. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All boxes appear to contain the specified toner collection units, but other inks may be included. Items are packaged in individual boxes and arranged on one skid. Inspection is recommended to verify exact quantity and condition of contents. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Successful bidder will be required to take the pallet of CE980A, for HP750. Multiple loads/site visits may be necessary. Bidder will be responsible to load and secure material prior to leaving site and should expect no assistance with loading or securement of the property. Property can be viewed/picked up upon successful allocation Monday through Friday, 0700-1400 with at least 24 hours prior notice required before access is granted. Government issued/state issued ID is required as building site is a federal property. Due to recent legislation all visitors must present a "Real ID" compliant license to be signed in on site.
