Per IRS policy and guidance, all visitors may be subject to search. **Vehicle information to load the equipment must be verified 48-hours upon arrival to be sure all equipment can properly be loaded for removal. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability.
