Hard drives have been wiped or removed, and the computers may be sold without chargers, accessories, or software. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Hard drives have been wiped or removed from all units. Chargers, accessories, and software may not be included with the computers. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The bidder will be responsible for paying for shipping and handling if they are not able to pick up the computers. All required paperwork such as OF-123s (transfers for surplus property), OF-122C (for transfers to schools), and Purchase Receipts (for sales) must be signed by the school, bidder, or agency before requested property can be picked up or delivered.
