The workstations include various configurations with sit-to-stand capabilities, worksurfaces, overhead storage, lateral files, and pedestals. Peninsula workspace configuration available on one unit. Lateral file storage and pedestal units included with select workstations. Condition & Markings Usable/good condition. The furniture consists of (1) 8x8 sit-to-stand peninsula workstation with 2 worksurfaces, 2 overheads, lateral file, and pedestal. (6) 8x8 sit-to-stand workstations with 2 worksurfaces and 2 overheads. (1) 8x8 clerical sit-to-stand workstation with 2 worksurfaces, 2 overheads, lateral file, and pedestal. Inspection and Removal Insurance Requirement: Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance is required with a minimum of $500,000 per occurrence. Facility Access: Building is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. 72 hours advance notice is required for access. Loading Facilities: One dock is available. Freight elevator is available for moving furniture and must be used with care. Parking: Public parking is available near the building if needed. Pickup Requirements: The recipient must have a valid driver's license or valid state identification.
