Overview This lot consists of: Lateral file cabinets (2 ea.), approximately 42" W x 40" H x 19" D. The cabinets are classified in usable condition. Both cabinets feature locking mechanisms. Lateral file cabinets (4 ea.), approximately 42" W x 57" H x 18" D. The cabinets are classified in usable condition, show signs of normal wear and tear, and all are lockable. 4-Drawer vertical metal file cabinets (2 ea.), approximately 15" W x 52" H x 27" D. The cabinets are classified in usable condition, show signs of normal wear and tear, and all are non-lockable. Brown media/tv stand (1 ea.), measuring approximately 24" W x 31" H x 15" D. The stand is classified in usable condition and may contain scratches, blemishes, chips, etc. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The furniture show signs of normal wear and tear from previous use. Surface scratches and scuff marks are visible on the exterior surfaces. Some drawers may show wear on the handles and drawer fronts. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items are posted as-is, where it is. 24 hour notice must be granted before viewing or pickup. No weapons allowed. No children or pets allowed. All visitors must have a valid government issued photo ID. The winning bidder is responsible for all packing, moving, loading. OSHA staff will not be able to assist.
