Overview 1 lot of office furniture consisting of: (1) guest chair with sled base, (1) desk measuring 72" w X 26" d, (1) desk return measuring 48.5" w X 20" d, (1) hutch measuring 70" w X 13" d, (1) bookshelf measuring 5H 32" w X 12" d, (1) mobile pedestal drawer unit, and (1) task chair. (148LD760650005) usable Key Features Desk configuration includes built-in drawers and cabinet storage. Hutch provides overhead storage with cabinet doors and open shelving. Mobile pedestal unit features two drawers with metal handles. Guest chair has black faux leather upholstery with sled base design. Task chair includes blue fabric upholstery with adjustable height and rolling casters. Bookshelf provides five shelves for storage and display. Condition & Markings Wood surfaces show normal wear consistent with office use. All furniture pieces appear structurally intact based on visual inspection. Task chair shows typical wear on fabric upholstery. Mobile pedestal unit displays minor scuffs on white finish. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
