Mobile pedestal unit features two drawers with metal handles. Guest chair has black faux leather upholstery with sled base design. Task chair includes blue fabric upholstery with adjustable height and rolling casters. Bookshelf provides five shelves for storage and display. Condition & Markings Wood surfaces show normal wear consistent with office use. All furniture pieces appear structurally intact based on visual inspection. Task chair shows typical wear on fabric upholstery. Mobile pedestal unit displays minor scuffs on white finish. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. All appointments for inspection must be made in advance by phone. The items are located on the 9th floor of a building and the buying party is fully responsible for moving the furniture once sold.
