The vehicle is inoperable and does not run. No batteries are present. Interior damage includes seat, dash, and ignition switch. Front bumper damage is present. Right side hood filler is missing. Tires are in poor condition. Other deficiencies may exist. No technician is available to validate equipment deficiencies or repairs required.
