The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains: (3) Stryker Control Consoles: Model: 5400-050-000 (1) Koven Technology Inc. Ultrasound System: Model: Minidop ES100VX (1) Fujifilm Electrocardiograph: Model: Edge11 Serial Number: Q53NZZ Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. All items are non-functional and do not work. The equipment may be missing parts and require unknown repairs. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing and removal of all furniture and equipment. Purchaser will need to bring all necessary equipment to load and remove items purchased.
