The lot includes (4) sign shop items from different manufacturers: (1) Little Buddy II flash cure unit, (1) Black Flash curing unit, (1) ScreenMaker 1000 screen exposure unit, and (1) Dynamic screen printing press. The items have been in use since 2011 and are large and heavy, requiring appropriate transportation equipment for removal. The ScreenMaker 1000 features a control panel with power on, ready, and wait indicators, plus up and down arrow buttons. The ScreenMaker 1000 includes an exposure chamber with yellow interior lighting and protective cover. The Dynamic screen printing press includes multiple color stations and adjustable work surfaces. The Black Flash unit is mounted on a wheeled stand with storage shelves. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment shows signs of use consistent with operation since 2011. Various manufacturer labels and specification plates are visible on the equipment. Some units show minor surface wear and discoloration from normal use. All items are located inside the Presidio of San Francisco at 1242 Warehouse. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Transportation Requirements: Items are large and heavy. Bidders must bring appropriate vehicles capable of transporting the equipment off site after purchase. Facility Access: Recipients must contact the Property Custodian prior to entering the facility to access the item. Appointments must be scheduled by email using the provided contact information.
