The item is classified in scrap condition. The cart has been described as beyond repair and deemed scrap. Condition & Markings NON-OPERATIONAL This lot is in scrap condition. Sold for part ONLY! Not to be titled for highway use. Sold for Parts Only! The cart shows extensive wear and deterioration throughout. The blue painted surface exhibits significant fading, scratches, and worn areas. The cart bed appears to have structural damage and missing components. Tag number 2J9Q4 is assigned to this item. The item has been officially designated as beyond repair. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
