The item is classified in scrap condition. NON-OPERATIONAL Condition & Markings NON-OPERATIONAL This lot is in scrap condition. Sold for part ONLY! Not to be titled for highway use. Parts ARE missing The asset has been classified as beyond repair. The cart shows significant wear and weathering throughout the frame and platform. The blue platform bed displays visible scratches, stains, and surface deterioration. The item bears tag number 2K7D2. Various components show signs of extended outdoor exposure and deterioration. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
