Four-wheel configuration with standard tires. Open cab design with steering wheel and basic controls. Rear utility bed for cargo transport. Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Sold for part ONLY! Not to be titled for highway use. The asset is classified as beyond repair. Parts ARE missing Cart shows extensive wear and deterioration consistent with scrap classification. Tag number 2LNLD is assigned to this unit. Visible wear and damage throughout the cart structure. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
