It creates stencil letters that are 1 inch in size used primarily for marking crates, drums, and heavy shipments. The year it was manufactured is unknown to the agency, but it was possibly between 1948 and 1982. The exact weight is unknown, but it is likely over 250 pounds, as it is made from cast iron. It was functional when last used - approximately 15 years ago; however, it appears something is out of alignment now, making it difficult to slide stock paper between the upper punch and lower die. What it will require to repair this is unknown.
