This aircraft has been maintained under FAA Part 91 and Eurocopter's recommended inspection program. There are current aircraft logbooks dating back to aircraft factory delivery in 2001. This aircraft was purchased new and operated by the selling agency. This aircraft has a current Standard Airworthiness Certificate. There is no known major damage. THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY IS "AS IS" CONDITION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO WARRANTY IS IMPLIED OR APPLIED.
