The unit has been sitting outside for an extended period and shows signs of weathering and deterioration. The tires are in poor condition and require replacement. The trailer shows extensive rust staining and corrosion on the deck surface. Visible weathering and surface deterioration throughout from prolonged outdoor storage. The trailer bed displays significant rust spots and discoloration.
