1993 Caterpillar 12G Motor Grader. The motor grader includes a Baldwin 12' Wing blade attachment and an assortment of replacement cutting edges and service parts. The interior and exterior show wear consistent with a 30-year-old piece of equipment. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Interior and exterior surfaces show wear and aging consistent with 30 years of use. Yellow paint shows fading, scratches, and surface wear throughout the machine body. Operator seat shows wear and discoloration from use. Engine compartment accessible through side panels for maintenance access. Tires show tread wear patterns from operational use. Various hydraulic lines and components visible in engine compartment. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection.
