This lot contains (3 EA) Chainsaws including Husqvarna models 576XP and 346XP, and Stihl models 044, 036, and MS180. The chainsaws are classified in repairable condition. All units are power-heads only without bars or chains. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. All chainsaws are missing their bars and chains. Each chainsaw has pink flagging tape attached for identification purposes. The chainsaws show various degrees of wear and surface dirt consistent with previous use. Some units display visible model numbers and manufacturer labels on their housings. The overall condition of internal components is unknown and may require inspection to determine functionality. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Purchaser is responsible for loading, removal and shipping of all items. Inspection of the property is highly recommended. Bidders agree to physically inspect the property upon which they bid or thereby waive the opportunity to conduct a physical inspection. In waiving their inspection rights, bidders bear the risk for any gross omissions regarding the functionality of items, failures to cite major missing parts and or restrictions with regards to usage that would have been revealed by physical inspection.
