Stryker Steri-Shield Flyte surgical helmet. The surgical helmet is classified in salvage condition. The unit was acquired in 2005 and is white in color. The helmet includes a power cable but does not include any additional accessories. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Features adjustable head straps and mounting system. Designed with ventilation components and face shield assembly. Condition & Markings This lot is in salvage condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The helmet shows signs of wear from previous use. Some discoloration is visible on the plastic components. The unit is sold as-is without any additional accessories beyond the power cable. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
