Sold "As Is, Where Is". No refunds. Removal hours are from 8 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. We will not box. We will not pack. We will not ship. Buyer must remove or coordinate these services. Payment must be made within five (5) business days of close of auction. Removal must be made within ten (10) business days of close of auction.
