The item has been marked as being in fair condition due to visible signs of age, use, and wear while remaining structurally stable at the time of listing. This chair exhibits wear consistent with decades of use and storage. The seat cushion shows noticeable wear and includes a cut in the upholstery material. Additionally, the backrest cushion is no longer present and is not included with the sale.
