Minimum requirements include confirmation the Contractor or Sub-Contractor hold suitable insurances for the defined scope of work. 'Approved Contractor List' means a list of Approved Contractor(s) that may be provided by the Seller at time of Sale listing to be included as part of the Terms of Sale and therefore must be engaged by the Buyer for removal of the Equipment from the Seller Premises, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller in writing.
