Mac Fab Dual Cast 750 Precasting Machine System 30m Precast Concrete Production Line Precasting system for producing concrete products. It is currently configured with moulds for sectional concrete garage panels. With different moulds (not included), the system can produce fencing posts, gravel boards, paving slabs, copings and other precast elements. System Components & Specifications Casting & Filling Machine: Distributes concrete into gang moulds. It lifts, fills and restacks gang moulds automatically, so filling runs independently of the demoulding station. Handling & Demoulding Machine: Has a 180-degree rotating lifter for stripping and handling moulds. It is hydraulic, operated from the seat and powered by a 7.5 HP (5.5 kW) motor. Vibrating Table: Long-shaft vibration system powered by a 7 HP (5.2 kW) motor, with locking feet channels for securing moulds. Mould Inventory: 29 gang moulds and 2 stripping pallets, currently fitted for interlocking sectional garage panels. Mould area: 4m x 1.5m (nominal) Gang depth: 166mm Maximum stack height: 9 gangs Spacing between stacked gangs: 10mm, for warm air circulation during curing Power Supply: Approx. 30m of C-section enclosed conductor bar. It powers both mobile machines along the production run. The bar length can be changed to suit the floor space.
