Sedgwick TESH 2 Head Tenoning Machine 415V Timber Capacity: Handles wood sections up to 130 mm × 310 mm at 90°, and 130 mm × 250 mm when using the fence angled at 45°. Tenon Performance: Cuts a maximum tenon length of 155 mm in a single pass, or up to 205 mm when utilizing two passes. Main Cutterheads: Equipped with two 175 mm × 60 mm horizontal blocks powered by separate 2.2 kW (3 hp) braked motors. These blocks feature shear-cutting knives and spur cutters to achieve clean, square shoulders. Adjustments: Mechanical readouts allow easy positioning. The top head offers 0–120 mm vertical movement and ±32 mm horizontal travel to easily machine offset or stepped shoulders.
