Sourced from the Adelaide Hills and produced with a progressive winemaking style—utilising roughly 30% whole-bunch fermentation—this wine expertly straddles the line between playful fruit and brooding, savoury complexity. Colour: Vibrant, light crimson with a bright pinkish-purple edge. Aroma: Highly aromatic, showing distinct notes of fresh cranberry, tart rhubarb, and juicy pomegranate, layered over complex herbal tones, sage, and a hint of lilac. Palate: Punchy and light-to-medium-bodied. The initial sip reveals dark red fruit profiles, which quickly evolve into crunchy, tart red-berry flavours like raspberry and redcurrant.
