Item Includes: 1x Church Road 1 Single Vineyard Redstone Merlot 2021 1x Church Road 1 Single Vineyard Redstone Syrah 2018 Church Road's 2021 1 Single Vineyard Redstone Merlot showcases a bold, inky-rich character, opening with a highly aromatic bouquet of brooding black plums, roasted cherries, and dark chocolate, complexed by lifted notes of violet, lavender, cedar, and an underlying graphite and iron-like minerality. On the palate, this full-bodied New Zealand red delivers intense, concentrated dark fruit flavours framed by abundance of polished, smooth tannins and an elegant structure that carries into a long, dry, and powerful finish. Sharing the same warm Hawke's Bay terroir, the Church Road 2018 1 Single Vineyard Redstone Syrah offers an elegant, supple contrast, greeting the nose with a fragrant amalgam of sweet plum, wild raspberry, and crushed violets, interlaced with savoury cracked black pepper, sage, and mulling spices. The palate is beautifully seamless and fleshy, showcasing a silky, fine-grained tannin structure that effortlessly balances its ripe core of dark berries with complex undertones of roasted coffee bean and charcuterie before ending on a long, finely chiselled finish. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Feat. Pinot Noir" sale on Grays.
