A flagship cool-climate Victorian white grown on the high-altitude, amphitheatre-shaped slopes of the Pyrenees region.Crafted under the guidance of acclaimed winemaker Julian Langworthy, this benchmark vintage balances powerful, concentrated fruit with structural elegance and a distinctively savoury, flinty edge. Colour: Light straw with radiant golden highlights and subtle flashes of green. Aroma: A sophisticated, layered nose displaying lemon curd, white peach, kaffir lime, and quince, intricately woven with underlying notes of oatmeal, crème caramel, cashew, and a faint hint of struck match. Palate: Medium to full-bodied, energetic, and highly focused. The palate opens with an intense core of green apple, fresh pineapple, nectarine, and grapefruit, evolving beautifully to reveal warm baking spices, almond meal, and honeyed complexity. Structure: Driven by a powerful, precise line of mouthwatering mineral acidity that frames the tropical and stone fruits.
