A sophisticated, cool-climate expression from the granitic slopes of Beechworth, Victoria, crafted by winemaker Peter Graham.Utilising early-harvested estate Nebbiolo, this dry rosato bridges the gap between playful, pretty red fruit and serious, texturally gripping structural depth. Colour: Ethereal pale salmon with a bright copper-pink sheen. Aroma: Highly fragrant and delicate, bursting with wild strawberry, cherry, and white peach, woven together with rose petals, dusty hibiscus, fennel, and a distinct chalky, crushed-stone minerality. Palate: Silky yet taut and complex. It layers crisp redcurrant, blood orange, and sour cherry flavours alongside a savoury, nutty almond-meal texture and complex amaro-like alpine herbs. Structure: Intensely refreshing and mineral-driven. The grape's high natural acidity is finely tuned, perfectly balancing a dry, gently saline finish with a fine, chalky phenolic grip that gives the wine exceptional line and length.
