Colour: Brilliant pale straw with distinctive lime-green flashes at the rim. Nose: Highly expressive and beautifully evolved. It opens with vibrant aromas of lime juice, lemon blossom, and white peach, layered with complex aged notes of toast, lemongrass, and a classic, mineral kerosene character. Palate: Intense, precise, and taut. It features a wonderful concentration of lime curd and slate-like minerality, offering an incredibly focused, bone-dry palate that feels seamless and light on its feet.
