Aroma: Deep aromas of fresh Bing cherry, blackberry, and redcurrant, enhanced by dark cocoa powder, cedar, pencil shavings, and subtle hints of warm toast. Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a rich, mouth-filling texture. Bright flavours of black fruit and plum layer with savoury undertones of graphite, mint, and fennel seed, all framed by a welcoming natural acidity.
