A highly celebrated, rich, and texturally complex white wine from the Russian River Valley in California.Crafted using barrel fermentation and frequent lees stirring, it delivers a luscious, creamy mouthfeel that departs from standard, stainless-steel expressions of the variety, offering an exotic and beautifully layered profile. Appearance: Bright, shimmering pale straw to green-gold colour in the glass. Aroma: An intense, highly perfumed bouquet bursting with honeysuckle, white rose, and citrus blossom, layered with tropical notes of mango, pineapple, yellow peach, and a delicate touch of sweet oak and toasted hazelnut. Palate: Medium to full-bodied, lush, and deeply textured. Generous flavours of ripe pear, melon, and nectarine are complemented by an underlying creaminess reminiscent of vanilla panna cotta, all balanced by a vibrant, focused natural acidity.
