Item Includes: 1x Milton Dunbabin Family Reserve Pinot Noir 2015 1x Milton Dunbabin Family Reserve Pinot Noir 2017 Both of these flagship releases come from Milton Vineyard, an acclaimed boutique estate on the East Coast of Tasmania.Their "Dunbabin Family Reserve" Pinot Noir is only crafted in exceptional vintages using hand-picked fruit from their oldest vines, which were planted in 1992.Both options are structured for long cellaring, offering distinct snapshots of two stellar cool-climate Tasmanian seasons. 2015 Aroma: A highly complex, evolving bouquet. Vibrant aromas of raspberries and dark cherries are layered over secondary characters of forest floor, mushrooms, and a touch of savoury oak. Palate: Rich and seamlessly silky. It strikes an elegant balance between dense dark chocolate and spice elements, contrasted by a tight, structured core of strawberry fruit. 2017 Aroma: Highly perfumed and expressive. It opens with distinct floral notes of violets and musk, overlaying an earthy undercurrent of compost, wild thyme, and cedar. Palate: Bold and fruit-forward on entry, packed with bouncy dark cherry, sweet plum, and wild raspberry flavours. The mid-palate has superb power, showing excellent cool-climate drive. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Taste of Summer" sale on Grays.
