Full Description

A beautifully high-toned, classically styled sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the famous Hyde Vineyard in Carneros, California Colour: Bright straw yellow with a persistent stream of exceptionally tiny, delicate bubbles. Aroma: Seamless and highly expressive, offering fresh honeysuckle, sweet pear galette, lemon peel, and a distinct undercurrent of yeast and warm brioche. Palate: Crisp and wonderfully effusive, blending citrus and stone fruit profiles with crushed rock minerality and a soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel from careful neutral oak ageing. Finish: Long, balanced, and refreshingly seamless, leaving a lingering impression of vibrant acidity and clean orchard fruit.
