Full Description

A precise, traditional-method sparkling wine crafted by Trisaetum from 100% Chardonnay grown on their Ribbon Ridge Estate in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Colour: Pale straw with a tight, fine bead and a persistent mousse. Aroma: Lifted and fresh, showcasing aromas of lemon curd, green apple, and white flowers, layered with subtle pastry dough, biscuit, and a hint of almond. Palate: Bone-dry and elegant, featuring a nearly creamy texture driven by mineral complexity, cut apple fruit, and racy, zippy acidity. Finish: Long, crisp, and refreshing with an appealing marine-like hint of sea mist and seashell minerality. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Taste of Summer" sale on Grays.
