Full Description

The jewel in the crown of Sidewood's Adelaide Hills portfolio.Hand-crafted from 100% low-yielding Mendoza clone vines, this highly acclaimed flagship release represents a masterclass in precision, layering structural power and textural volume with great cool-climate intent. Colour: Brilliant pale straw with reflective golden hues. Aroma: A deeply beguiling, complex nose featuring lifted white peach, nectarine, and yuzu zest, effortlessly woven with toasted almonds, nutmeg spice, and a flinty, struck-match edge. Palate: Generous yet beautifully composed. A prismatic core of juicy stone fruit and lemon curd expands across the palate, grounded by complex hazelnut creaminess and currents of maritime salinity. Finish: Exceptionally long and focused, marked by an energetic line of natural acidity, great mineral tension, and a perfectly integrated lick of classy French oak. Part of the "Curated Fine Wine Collection :: Taste of Summer" sale on Grays.
