A spectacular release of the estate's flagship red, born from an arguably perfect, warm Margaret River growing season.Sourced entirely from the historic, original 1967 vines, this monumental blend (78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17.5% Malbec, and 4.5% Petit Verdot) delivers a breathtaking combination of opulent fruit power, architectural structure, and incredible longevity. Colour: Impenetrably deep ruby-purple with a concentrated, youthful crimson rim. Aroma: A soaring, intensely perfumed nose of concentrated blackcurrant, dark plum, and cassis, complexed by notes of violet blossom, chocolate mint, graphite, and exotic baking spices. Palate: Full-bodied, multi-layered, and immense. A profoundly deep core of plush dark forest fruits and savoury ironstone minerality flows seamlessly across the palate, exhibiting remarkable volume without losing its cool-climate poise.
