Model 1020A-4. Keypad controller included. Vehicle starts, runs and drives. Was taken out of the fleet as it has reached its scheduled replacement life cycle. Vehicle has dings, dents, and scratches consistent with normal utility maintenance use. There is a larger dent in the front bumper and some damage to the passenger side mirror. (See pictures).
