See attached photos. Item Description- 2004 Ford Ranger See attached photos. This is a 2004 Ford Ranger with 60,113 miles. It has exterior damage, including dents, rust, scratches, and peeling paint. This vehicle was removed from service in January of 2026 due to the coolant and oil leaks it had. The vehicle has received scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs performed by the Town’s professional Fleet Maintenance Division throughout its service life. Upon request, prospective bidders may review the available maintenance history and work order records completed during the vehicle's life. Potential buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person before placing a bid. ________________________________________ Terms and Conditions • All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. • The Town of Chapel Hill does not guarantee the condition, operability, or future performance of any auction item. • All sales are final. • Buyers assume all responsibility for inspection prior to bidding. • Buyers are solely responsible for all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, towing, loading, permits, and any other costs associated with removal of the asset. • Payment must be completed in accordance with auction terms before pickup can be scheduled. • Assets not removed within the designated pickup timeframe may be subject to storage fees or forfeiture unless prior arrangements have been approved. ________________________________________ Inspection Information Inspections are available by appointment only during normal operating hours. Valid identification may be required at the time of pickup.
