Ross 1 Quart SS Double Planetary Mixer with Vacuum and Jacketed Mixing Capabilities. Used Ross 1-Quart Double Planetary Mixer with stainless steel product contact surfaces. Originally configured for laboratory and small-batch production mixing of high-viscosity materials. This is a compact vacuum-rated, jacketed planetary mixer is equipped with HV-style mixing blades for aggressive blending and efficient material turnover. The unit also includes a stainless jacketed 1-quart mixing vessel, vacuum cover assembly, drive system, and mounted base/frame as shown in photos. It requires 208/230V electrical (or 460V). It also requires compressed air and vacuum for operation of the vacuum mixing feature, but can be run fine without that. Approximate overall footprint is 3’ square with an overall height around 5’. The current owner purchased the mixer used and never placed it into service, so it remains in the same condition as received from the prior sale (link below) - fully operational with all components present.
