Used Ross 1-Quart Discharge Ram Press (model 1 QT DIS / DS-1QT) is designed for efficiently extruding high-viscosity and non-flowable materials from Ross laboratory mix cans and planetary mixer vessels. This compact hydraulic platen-style discharge system is commonly used in specialty materials applications where clean, controlled transfer of thick product is required. Unit is equipped with a stainless steel discharge platen and Reliance 1/2 HP hydraulic drive motor that takes either 115/230V, single phase power. Bench/floor mounted design with approximately 6.5" platen diameter sized for 1-quart vessels. Approximate overall footprint is around 2’ x 2’ with overall height near 4’. The current owner purchased the unit used and never placed it back into production, so it remains in the same condition as received from the prior sale listing, which is linked to below as well.
