They are being sold “as-is, where-is." *Property may be removed by appointment only and APPOINTMENTS must be made at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. The winning bidder must contact us and make an appointment. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. APPOINTMENTS can be made, Monday-Friday, BETWEEN 9:30 and 11:30 am and 1:00 and 3:30 pm. When you arrive, Please Park at the back of the building where the docks are.
