We have a 2010 GEM EL Cart. Item doesn't run. Will not start. Needs towing. Mileage/hours unknown, cannot be read. Overall condition is poor & abandoned. Damaged interior and exterior. Meet at University Services at 1128 University Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102 (adjacent to KNME). You may need to be escorted to the location on UNM Campus. 3. Bring the winning certificate, receipt, and an ID. If you paid by wire/ACH, confirm receipt with UNM before arrival. 4. Bring your own personnel, tools, moving equipment, winches, or spare batteries. 5. No loading assistance will be provided, and we do not forklift vehicles. Towing is advised for all vehicle sales. Third-Party Removal: To authorize a representative to pick up items on your behalf, inform us from your registered GovDeals/LS account email to request a Third-Party Release Form. Your representative must have an appointment, the certificate, and an ID. Failure to adhere to these requirements risks your representative being turned away. If the buyer requests keys/titles be shipped separately, the buyer assumes all shipping costs.
