Trailer hitch plate is cracked Engine has oil leak and blow by. 11 ft Henderson plow Used during 2026 snow season with no problems. Vehicle is sold with Certificate of Origin only. There is no title (The State of CT does not require a title for vehicles older than 20 years. Connecticut State Law Title 14 Sec. 14-166). Bidder's are required to check with their local DMV for registration requirements with Certificate of Origin only.
