EXPIRED, NEW - NEVER USED. All items included in this auction are listed below: -88 boxes of hand sanitizer (8 containers of 64oz in each box). ***All Hand Sanitizers listed in this auction are expired. Please carefully read all the information below prior to bidding on these items*** The buyer shall manage the hand sanitizer in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. The hand sanitizer must be: 1. Used for its intended purpose as an antiseptic; or 2. Legitimately recycled per 40 CFR 260.43 in one of the following ways: a. Reclaimed at a facility with a permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to produce ethanol, and the reclaimed ethanol is legitimately used in a product (including in a fuel or as a fuel additive); or b. Reclaimed at a facility that does not have a permit from the TTB, and the alcohol must be used in a product that is not burned for energy recovery and that is not used in a manner constituting disposal. USPS will not assist with manpower or equipment to load. Buyer is responsible for loading and transportation. Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS".
