AC Voltage Requirements: 220v 3 Phase Serial Number: 398 Item will require the following items to work fully: Unit will need to have new power cord wired in with the plug that will be used when installed. Tests performed: The unit successfully powers on using test leads from a 208v 3 Phase cord to the motor wired in the low voltage configuration. Cosmetic Condition: Item is in good used condition. Item has the following cosmetic issues: Minor scuffs and blemishes consistent with prior usage.
