Old Field House (900 Building) Large 2 story wooden building on a concrete foundation with a basement This auction is for the building only! Land is not included and the building needs to be completely removed to ground level. Metal fencing not included. All disassembly and removal work must be performed by a properly licensed and insured contractor. Buyer may not perform removal personally unless they meet contractor licensing requirements applicable to this work. Prior to approval of sale, the buyer must provide: • Proof of applicable contractor licensing, and • Proof of General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1,000,000, naming the seller as an additional insured. All documentation must be submitted and approved before site access will be granted. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in forfeiture of the item and any fees paid, at the seller’s discretion.
